Sure, you can adapt your own ski or trekking poles,

but face it – if you struggle with cumbersome equipment

what are the chances that you will continue to Nordic Walk?

Poles designed especially for Nordic walking are usually made of

lightweight carbon and come equipped with

ergonomically designed handles and special wrist straps.

A removable rubber asphalt “paw” fits over an angled spike tip

to allow you to adapt the poles to almost any surface.

The length of the poles depends on your height.

Kenco carries both fixed length poles and adjustable poles.

Fixed length tends to be lighter in weight and have fewer parts.

Adjustable poles can be fine-tuned for the user and can be used by more then one individual.

The choice depends on your circumstances.
